This workshop introduces participants to self-care and self-compassion practices. Participants will explore a variety of hands-on self-care practices to reduce stress and enhance their emotional well-being. After learning several self-care practices, participants will be guided through instruction on Zentangle, the art of mindful drawing. It is an easy-to-learn, relaxing, and fun way to create beautiful images by drawing structured patterns. Participants will receive materials to use during the workshop.
